Once upon a time EaseUS was a company that delivered fantastic software that I used both for company and for private tasks. Today I am not sure. The last couple of days i have tried to retrieve some software I bought in 2020 and as instructed by their web site I contacted their 24 hours support service for help but I haven't heard from them. I also tried to install a free evaluation copy of a Windows 10 to 11 migration tool but despite it told that you could transfer 5 programs and 2 Gb data for free that did not work. I got he message that I had superseded the limit for the trial although that was not the case. Contacting support revealed that it was a limitation in the software. In any case either the instructions are wrong or the supporter had a bad day. As it is I am not sure that I will use EaseUS anymore.
