So it’s around 2 weeks now. I haven’t received any refund or reply to the emails I’ve sent. I can’t believe that fraud can go up to this extent. I feel sorry for my idiocy

Poor communication
I sent them an email about cancelling my order about 5 days before dispatch. They only replied after dispatching the case. Now they are saying they can’t cancel the order as the case has been dispatched. Stay away. Very poor customer service.
Extremely Poor Communication
I bought the case couple days ago. And then I enquired about delivery as they promised express shipping. They didn’t reply to my emails. I repeatedly sent emails enquiring about the status of my shipment, no reply. At the end I cancelled my order. To that email too- No answer. Extremely bad experience
