Good product, bad support
Positive: The shipment was fast, the package was well-secured, and I received the Freebook in excellent condition without any flaws. Negative: 1. An hour after making the payment (well before shipment), I contacted Chuwi's support to request a different laptop, but they completely ignored my request and proceeded to ship the Freebook. 2. I inquired whether it was possible to install an additional M.2 drive, and the response I got was vague and unclear. When I followed up for clarification, my request was again ignored.
