156 weeks and still in ‘received’ limbo. Sample registered April ‘23 followed by 8 months of regular attempts to get anything but the runaround from their support AI/team. Out of the blue I get a message 7 weeks ago apologizing profusely and promising results in 6 weeks. Hmm…they hadn’t even re-registered the sample until I messaged them last week. Of course, U.S. Senate under Trump voted down consumer protection recommendations to bar companies from couching class action waivers in their ToS and here we are — mass arbitration may be one option, 1000+ arbitration claims at $1k/per is often a ready incentive to settle quickly but they likely have that little loophole spackled anyway. Who places any confidence in DNA reports issuing from this donkey show?
