Xiaomi UK - received a 15/% voucher and decided to see what this shop is about. I have never heard of mi.com before but always wanted a good Xiaomi phone. So made my order on the 17/01/21, the package was posted on the 18/01 and today 20/01 I have it in my hands. Well packaged, brand new and " exactly what I wanted". I can only say one of the best customer services I had experienced when it comes to speed and safe delivery. I do not understand the negative reviews here - there is good choice, easy ordering, tracking UPS number. If I could afford I would use them again to buy the latest Mi. Anyway certainly will keep an eye for future opprtunities. I can only higly recommend this shop. Oh and dont forget the app - much easier to navigate in my opinion.
