Used to be my go too site, however the customer service is taking a nose dive. Last year agreed to cancel a reservation free of charge, only to find out that they never cancelled it with the hotel despite showing it as cancelled. Spent 3 days trying to get my cash back with both the hotel and Agoda washing their hands of it. Today submitted a price match.. using every excuse possible not to honor this, found a better price with another approved site, because their wording of the room isnt identical to Agoda they wouldnt honour it, proved all terms and conditions and room type were the same, then they changed the goal posts . Found another deal on a different site, then changed it so I had to email the proof despite them dealing with the other via online chat. Do anything not to honour the guarantee they give. They may come with a better price but no longer have faith in them sorting issues if they happen.
