Outstanding customer service and excellent products
I had a very positive experience with Calecim from start to finish. The products themselves are of excellent quality (this is not the first time that I buy from them), but what truly stood out was the level of customer support. I encountered a delivery issue that was not Calecim’s fault, yet Theresa handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and remarkable efficiency. The problem was resolved promptly and smoothly, with great care taken. It’s rare to find such genuinely attentive and proactive customer service. This experience really reflects how much Calecim values its customers, and thanks to the way this was handled, I will definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommended.
