Very disappointing customer experience and support with Joules. Very surprised that this once amazing brand does not put their customers first. Such a shame!! I look forward to receiving your email/message. Email received - pointless reaching out unless there is a solution. Your message trying to resolve is clearly just so others can see it and think you are being helpful. Your team are not and for the Joules brand that is less than ideal. I hope your customer service and experience team get some training before you wonder why you sustain customer losses!
