Awful item and extremely bad service
The product i ordered was a personalised doll in a box, what i got was a poorly made keyring of some distorted image of a man who looked nothing like the image I sent. 5 of the personalised items to go in the "box" were unidentfiable. I asked for a refund and had to answer countless times what the problem was, send countless pictures. Ive started charge back on my card. Don't not shop with them !
