Easeus has always had a superb support team. Today they updated Todoist and it has a new gui, or user interface. No problem there except whilst making a system backup there is a huge animated childish graphic with lines whizzing everywhere. Really distracting and visually annoying. Why do this? I had a very minor issue about where to find something on the new interface and went to customer support chat. They would only help if I installed Teamviewer and let them have access. A response of "Right click on the image you want to delete and the menu will give you that option." Would have sufficed. But I had to install Team viewer grant access and watch him show me in about one second. After that he wanted to do more. I asked him what he wanted to do and all he said was" grant me access". Not at all cool Easeus. I had already thanked him for resolving my issue. I will uninstall Teamviewer later - More annoyance. My next issue was updating Partition Manager. The update also installed a host of other Easeus products as Trial Versions which I did not want. Now that is aggressive marketing. Hands off my PC. I have been happy with their products for many years. They work well, but this silliness is liable to make me go elsewhere despite having lifetime licenses. Please Easeus - Sort yourself out. It's like you have lost perspective.
