Great Company Until you want a Refund
bought hair back in July and it was the wrong shade, i was happy with the service, and returned the product which cost me £18 to return, however, then it changed, they said my replacement was at customs waiting for release and i paid another £23 for delivery, 2 weeks had passed and i was getting no replies, then they said, it was out of stock, and wanted more money t upgrade, so i asked for a refund, back in October, i am constantly chasing for my refund, only to be offered discount on new products, or they keep saying shipment will be deducted , i am fed up of explaining i have paid the shipment and want a refund, they are blatantly avoiding refunding me. i am out of pocket, have paid over £40 in returns and shipment. there offices are not what i expected either: a chemical plant Minglong Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., Tunli Road, Jian'an District, Xuchang City, Henan Province，China， Ma Jikai 17739636009
