They fixed my issue so I'm a happy customer!
I had an issue with my order and although I wasn't too happy with the CS agent I first spoke to (one star off for that reason) I'm happy to report that they did end up fixing the issue to my satisfaction so I would consider buying from them again. Do be aware though that if you order custom lenses and have a problem with the order although they are willing to remake the order for you, they will most likely not give a refund (according to the CS rep I was dealing with).

Tip from a potential customer
Here's a tip from a potential customer: Improve your filter options because a lot of people (like me) are not willing to wade through hundreds or thousands of options due to lack of needed filters. Most sites have filters for frame color and frame style which helps to narrow options in a helpful way. I used every filter you offer and then when it pulled up too many pages I moved on to a different site.
Hi Chris, Thanks for the response! I was a little frustrated because after using all offered filters it still pulled up 1584 results...which I would not have the patience nor time to wade through. For example, I'm only interested in frames with a full rim yet just from looking at a few pages of the 1584 results I could already see that many weren't a full rim nor colors I would buy.
