I ordered progressive glasses on a Thursday at 5:30p. They arrived by Sat noon, which was faster than what they had promised. The first pair did not work for me- my eye doctor had to adjust the prescription. Mariah Lachica helped me through the process of getting the second pair made. It cost me nothing to send the glasses back and have them redone. The level of service was fantastic. Mariah worked with me to make sure all the measurements were correct. She had me take a photo of the first pair of glasses on my face so they could confirm everything would be perfect with the remake. I’m very happy with the glasses!
My daughter had lost her glasses while on vacation and I ordered a pair, as we would still be there for a week. we had a very hard time with the fast delivery, due to bad weather conditions and mix up in shipping address. They attempted to correct it quickly, however the delivery was missed because I was home already.
I wanted to cancel the order, but they couldn't. So instead they made another pair and sent to my home.
Overall customer service was very helpful during a frustrating time and the glasses were a little cheap but my daughter really liked which was great.
My package was unfortunately lost by UPS while shipping my overnight glasses order. These glasses were for my father, who lives out of the country, so it was especially important that they arrived on time.
The Overnight Glasses staff were absolutely amazing. Michael and Mario went above and beyond by personally contacting UPS and helping facilitate the search for my package. Although the glasses arrived much later than expected, I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer service and support I received.
Thanks to their efforts, I was ultimately able to get the glasses and send them to my father. I truly appreciate Michael and Mario for going the extra mile and making a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. Excellent customer service!

Ordered "overnight" glasses — still nothing after a week, and their excuses don't add up
Placed my order on Thursday, Aug 13. Their own confirmation email promised delivery by Saturday, Aug 15 (screenshot attached). Saturday came and went — nothing. No tracking number, no shipping notice, no explanation.
I emailed them over the weekend and got total silence, despite their site listing weekend business hours. By Monday I still hadn't heard back, so I followed up again — this time attaching their own confirmation email showing the promised delivery date.
I finally got an email reply Sunday night (Aug 16), three days after the promised delivery date, saying my order was "still in production" and would ship "within 1–2 business days." No apology for the missed date, no acknowledgment of the ignored emails — just a generic template response.
So I called their support line directly. The rep acknowledged receiving my "multiple emails" and offered some excuse for why the order hadn't shipped on time. When I asked why nobody had bothered to reply and tell me that, he had no real answer — just said the person responsible for email hadn't gotten to it, and that they're "a small company" based in California. He then claimed my order was scheduled to ship "tonight," and that the reason I didn't have a tracking number yet was simply because it was only 3PM PST. We'll see.
For a company whose entire brand promise is fast, reliable overnight delivery, this has been nothing but excuses: no product, no proactive communication, and a new explanation every time I push for one. I'd steer clear until they can actually deliver on what they advertise.

Fantastic quality, fast service. Probably the best glasses I ever owned. The lense cleaner and microfiber cloth, with really cool case was a nice addition.
Beyond professional, extremely quick, and quality items. Recieved my glasses and an email letting me know the ones I just received had a chip and they were sending a new pair but to keep both. Mind you the chip did not interfere with the glasses at all and it took me 10 mins to find it. Will only use overnight glasses from now on because I know they take customer satisfaction seriously.

I stepped on my glasses in the dark a few nights ago. They didn't fare well. I called around to the big box stores asking how long it takes to get a new pair made to my prescription. The answer was the same each time. One to two weeks. Ugh. So I took a chance on your company and was pleasantly surprised. Less than 24 hours after I ordered them, my new pair arrived. The prescription is perfect, they fit well and I think I even look better in this pair! Thanks for successfully breaking the mold on how fast glasses can be made! I will be a returning customer.
Glasses came in, after only a few months looked bit rough, finish wise. I contacted overnight glasses and explained the issues, sent a picture and they immediately had me send them back to be remade at zero cost to me! They stand behind their product and therefore I stand behind their service! Great company, will make it right if you have any issues! Stay away!!! HORRIBLE customer service. I received my glasses quickly, but when I put them on they caused distortion and they made me physically nauseous and dizzy. I finally got a pair of non-defective glasses from a different source and confirmed that the issue was these glasses. I contacted them and asked for a refund because I didn't have any faith that just switching to a new frame would fix it, but they kept saying it was against their policy. So I went ahead and chose a different frame and then they didn't even refund me the difference between the ones I ordered first and the cheaper ones they sent me to replace them.

I waited too long to get a new distance prescription & needed the new glasses before leaving the country on vacation... in 6 days! Overnight Glasses delivered - had my new prescription glasses in hand the Tuesday before I left (on Thursday), having placed the order on the Friday before the 4th of July! They were also responsive to questions I had after placing my order. In summary: it was easy to place an order, they were great to work with, they delivered a quality product when they said they would (earlier, actually), and I was thrilled to have long distance glasses in time to see the sights of Wales & London - including a production at The Globe theater!
I have worn glasses for about 65 years. Also had RK as a young man, which was not a great move! For the past 30 years I've had to change my RX often. I am accustomed to a 2-3 week wait for high index lenses with very high quality AR and scratch resistant coatings. That's a lot of background to say that the quality of the glasses I received in a VERY short length of time from Overnight Glasses equaled or surpassed any other glasses I received over the years from the brick and mortar Optician. I screwed up my PD on my initial set, and Mariah (high marks for Customer Service) helped me through the process of measuring my PD, and guided my selection of frames so I wouldn't look like a 72 YO nitwit trying to wear glasses suited for a 22 yo dude! She also helped me by recommending an online app called PD+. I highly recommend that unless you absolutely know your PD for each eye, along with the pupil height-- pick up at minimum the free version of PD+, or spend the one time fee of $7.99 and get measurements which you can send to OG along with your prescription.
I am not easy to satisfy when it comes to vision, but I will recommend OG without reservation. And Mariah will work tirelessly until you are satisfied (in case there IS a problem with your order, which is rare). One other note: if you, like me, had tried Transitions years ago and weren't happy about the long time between clear and full sun..... the new high tech version changes quite rapidly. I went with GREY, and timed full sun to full clear at under 2.5 minutes. Give OG a try--- I truly don't think you'll be disappointed!
