Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the fast delivery times, noting that orders arrive very quickly, often within just a couple of days, and precisely when expected. People also highlight the exceptional quality of the frames and lenses, alongside the highly responsive and professional assistance offered by the customer support team.
However, some customers also noted frustrating issues with delivery delays, missing expected arrival dates, and extended waiting periods for their packages. A few reviewers were not happy with product quality, reporting scratched lenses, premature coating wear, or other structural issues over time.

Michael was exceptional! Not because everything went perfectly smooth but because it didn't!! He remained, calm, courteous, and caring about my experience. He didn’t give me some rehearsed dialogue the customer service agents sometimes refer to. It seemed like individual customer focus 101. Also the technicians were also extremely accommodating.
Overnight glasses is where you want to get your glasses— even if they don’t get it right the first time they will make it right for you and they’ll work with you until they do.
Great company! The glasses were perfect and shipped next day which was perfect as I needed them asap. The case they sent was a bit too small for the sunglasses, so I emailed to inquire. They immediately shipped a larger case asking only for me to send a Pic of the original case.
ordered two pair of glasses one clear lens with blue light and one dark polarized and mirror tinted sunglasses.
provided optometrist prescription online AND in the box for both pair including PD (ordered replacement lenses only for existing frames)
BOTH pair are made incorrectly. they make me feel as if I am looking out of a fish bowl. this is a current prescription not a new one for me - these should feel like my current prescription glasses and sunglasses but do not.
they re-did my sunglasses BUT they are still not right. I've been complaining since Day 1 of receipt and Denisse with customer support and her manager are REFUSING to refund me - even though I CANNOT USE THE GLASSES
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE. I AM OPENING A PAYPAL DISPUTE AFTER MONTHS OF BACK AND FORTH

Hello,
We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it is to have issues with both pairs of lenses, especially after already giving us the opportunity to remake your sunglasses.
Please know that every pair of lenses we produce is thoroughly inspected and verified for accuracy before it leaves our lab. That said, while rare, if we did miss something, we will absolutely make it right.
If you return the lenses to us, our lab will perform a complete verification against the prescription you provided. If we confirm that the lenses were manufactured incorrectly, we will gladly issue you a full refund.
We appreciate the time you've spent working with our support team and sincerely apologize that this process has been so frustrating. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to review the lenses, and we hope to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Sincerely,
Overnight Glasses Support
I ordered these glasses the day before a federal holiday and once I hit the "submit" button I realized I would not receive them in time for my trip. So I wrote to the company immediately to ask for the order to be canceled. Michael responded within an hour or so and followed through with the request (not their usual policy to refund orders). The customer service was exceptional and I received confirmation of the refund to my credit card within a few days. I was super impressed and highly recommend this company!
I was skeptical about ordering glasses online, and placed my order. I sent my frames in for sitting new lenses, and had a small issue that was quickly resolved my the manager Marion, and Paul was fantastic throughout the process. I will be ordering from them and because the prescription was perfect! I even made a mistake when I ordered them, and they allowed me to return and charged a small fee. Thanks!!
I had a small issue with frame and the way they reacted and fixed in one day is next level, can't say how happy with the service and jet speed shipping n delivery fab!
Overnight saved may vacation by amazing customer service. I lost my glasses just a few days before leaving the country. I ordered a new pair from Overnight. But they couldn’t get to me in time. I emailed the company on a Sunday to cancel the order. Got a call from Overnight the same day. I explained my situation. They promised me delivery by Tuesday. And indeed, much to my surprise, the glasses arrived Tuesday.
And the glasses are great. Clear vision and a sturdy frame. Thanks very much!
Mariah Lachica has been an absolute pleasure working with and very knowledgeable about everything I had questions about concerning my order for lenses.
Fantastic service
I wanted a far cheaper option to reuse my old frames, and Overnight Glasses delivered at an easy to swallow price. The turnaround was delightfully quick and I had zero issues them.
OMG it was really an overnight service . I panic because I lost my glasses and needed them to travel and they literally came the next day . I love them . I can actually see out of them . I will be using them again.
Exceptional Customer Service! Website is very user-friendly. I made the mistake of not checking the size of the glasses before ordering. They were too small. Customer Service was very prompt in their communication and resolving of the matter. Will definitely buy from again and I recommend them 100%.
I placed my order ahead of an upcoming trip and Michael and Mario were very responsive to my check ins as regards progress/likely return. Super helpful - even contacting me by phone. And my specs arrived well in time. Great service.
I ordered my glasses just after noon on last Friday as soon as I got out of my eye exam. I was in dire need of new glasses; I’m a nurse and literally depend on my eyesight! (My old prescription was wayyy off) The order confirmation said it would take 2 days in production so I wouldn’t receive the glasses until Monday. I was deflated bc I was excited that I found a company who could make AND deliver glasses in one day. I called customer service and the gentleman explained that the complexity of my perception excluded my glasses from the overnight process but he assured me they would be worked on with priority attention. To my surprise, I got home from work on Saturday and found my glasses had been delivered by UPS expedited!!!
I cannot thank everyone at the lab and customer service for their dedication to filling orders and meeting the needs of their customers! You have earned this new forever client!!!!
Well done! Oh — and they’re beautiful ❤️
I had misplaced a pair of glasses that had a warranty for the lenses and the OG customer service team was on point when trying to help me replace my pair, on a weekend nonetheless! Thanks for everything guys!
Mariah Lachica was very helpful and made my glasses orders successful, she assisted with all aspects of the order process for my complex progressive lens orders. I'm very satisfied with overnight glasses and definitely will follow up with additional planned orders. Thank you Maria for your attention and Overnight Glasses for quality and fast service, I'm enjoying improved vision in all activities, work, sport, driving day and night. :)
I had the absolute BEST experience working with Michael at Overnight Glasses! I was skeptical that a good product could be ordered and delivered overnight at under $200! I was very pleasantly surprised, as the glasses arrived before noon the next day, are exactly what I ordered, and even included a free, magnetic sunglasses feature! I will be ordering all of my glasses from Overnight Glasses going forward! Thank you again Michael!
