Exceptional customer service
I ordered these glasses the day before a federal holiday and once I hit the "submit" button I realized I would not receive them in time for my trip. So I wrote to the company immediately to ask for the order to be canceled. Michael responded within an hour or so and followed through with the request (not their usual policy to refund orders). The customer service was exceptional and I received confirmation of the refund to my credit card within a few days. I was super impressed and highly recommend this company!
