Order date: 4/10/2026 Just when you think it's too good to be true, it is! I ordered my single distance glasses on Friday. I received them the following day on Saturday as promised! My glasses are in excellent condition. I also received a small bottle of cleaning solution, case and lens cloth. Amazing! Plus the prescription was accurate. I definitely recommend Overnight Glasses!

I ordered prescription glasses after an eye exam. The doctor didn't mention "segment height", which on progressive lenses is how big or small far/near is on the lens. Well it was small. I had to tilt my head back to read the PC, books, etc. I emailed support and Michael helped me out every step of the way. I sent him a picture of me wearing the glasses, showed him that I'd chosen the wrong frame, and could they fix it. It took a day for approval since the frame was being changed, and the new frame was $31 more, so Michael sent me an invoice for those $31... I paid it, and two business days later had the new glasses. THEY ARE AWESOME. I can read, I can PC, I can laptop, I can book, I can read toothpaste tube vs lotion, my far vision shows jagged peaks on the mountains, and the tree leaves have definition. Once I got the new glasses, Michael had gotten authorization for a return (same box) of the old glasses so off they went. This company wants me as a client, and with this kind of service I want their goods. If I order a backup pair (a bit pricey) or sunglass-version (for driving and flying) they will be where I go! Great service ans glasses
My prescriptions were cheaper and soooo much better/clearer than the regular eyeglass store. Cheaper and better than Walmart and lense crafters. Amazing customer service and I love both my glasses. I got one pair of Tory Burch and another pair from Vercase. Great quality and I got them within 2 days delivered to my doorstep. Can't get better than that!

I had the best experience with Michael in support. The ordering was a breeze and when I hit a snag with my order he did everything in his power to make things, easier, affordable and quick. Unfortunately due to an unexpected personal issue I had to cancel my order, but Michael was just so helpful and kind that I would feel bad not singing his praises. Calling yourselves “Overnight Glasses” is just simply deceptive marketing at this point. Especially when you don’t even disclose when the glasses will actually arrive until AFTER the order has been placed. On top of all that, they were a day late on their promised four day delivery window. Never again.

Very happy with Overnight Glasses. Very happy with the glasses, the quality, and support staff was very helpful. I ordered my glasses and within 24 hours I was notified they were being shipped out. UPS lost the package. After 5 days of waiting for UPS, I notified Overnight glasses. They filed a claim with UPS and offered to make another pair of glasses. I was notified the next day they were shipping another pair and glasses. I am very happy with Overnight Glasses and Customer support (Denise) was very helpful and great to work with, they were quick to resolve the problem.

Update:After writing this I was promptly contacted by customer service and offered a discount. It’s unfortunate UPS’s inadequacies make them look bad. I still be using these services in the future. Great glasses for an affordable price but the customer service is lacking. This is my second time ordering and both time I have experienced issues with UPS. I emailed customer service both times and never hear back. Luckily UPS has found the packages after saying they were lost in transit. This last time they were delivered to the wrong address and not lost as UPS initially thought. It would have been nice to have ONG calling UPS as the shipper instead of me.

I purchased a pair of rimless glasses
I purchased a pair of rimless glasses. In under a year, the holes where the temples were mounted to the lens, developed cracks. I had to shame them into replacing them which took about 4 weeks through their return process. After about 6 months one of the new lenses AR coating started to flake off. I gave up on them. You get what you pay. See pictures.

Rush service isn't
I ordered basic single lens without any additional coatings on April 12th. I paid for same day manufacturing and overnight air shipping. The glasses did not ship until late evening the next day. It was late enough that UPS didn't pick up the package until the next morning. It's now the 16th and I still haven't received my glasses. If you need to count on the delivery estimate, go somewhere that guarantees you'll get what you paid for.

I had a frame I absolutely loved and Overnight Glasses put my new prescription lenses in it. They look great! And the cost was quite reasonable.
False advertisement
Ordered overnight glasses on Thursday, contacted customer service and was told i will get them on Saturday. Contacted again and was promised Monday. Come Monday, glasses apparently didn’t pass qc and was promised to get on Tuesday. Now, they told me they again didn’t pass qc and won’t ship today. Only reason for my order was because of their fraudulent advertising as “overnight” glasses and I’m traveling so i needed them asap. They use false advertising as the bait. Potential “customers” be aware!
