Feels Like a Scam! I paid nearly €400 for what Dante Labs advertised as an “advanced DNA test” plus all panel tests. Instead of receiving the promised insights, I’m now blocked from accessing any of my results. Every attempt leads to HTTP ERROR 401. (explora.dantelabs.com) The worst part? They don’t even provide instructions to reset or change your password via email. There is no proper customer support, no guidance, nothing. I literally paid hundreds of euros for a product I can’t use. This feels blatantly misleading and borderline fraudulent. Dante Labs markets itself as a cutting-edge DNA service, but in reality, it’s a frustrating and expensive trap. I strongly warn anyone considering them – you risk wasting your money and getting nothing in return.
