The website isn’t user-friendly
The website isn’t user-friendly. Changing account or order details, especially cancelling something, is unnecessarily difficult, which is why I had to email to cancel my subscription just two weeks after my first order. They replied quickly, but refunded my initial order without me asking, and the amount was 68p short with no explanation. I avoided the back and forth for such small amount, but still... It’s a nice concept, but poorly executed in my opinion.
