FANTASTIC
I am writing this re an employee called Cassian who today was outstanding. My daughter and her friend booked Beetlejuice matinee at the Prince Edward Theatre. On the way to Victoria there was a fatal incident on their train. All trains were cancelled. They were stuck, distraught after witnessing everything, had to get an uber which then due to traffic made them miss the show. I contacted TTix and Cassian was astonishing. He was sympathetic to this one off situation and gave them the ability to swap the tickets to the evening performance or another day. I am genuinely grateful and relieved and 100% recommend the company and customer services.
