I will no longer be ordering from them…
I will no longer be ordering from them after I tried to make an order on August 9th. My order just sat there in limbo and when I reached out to customer support, I was told one of my items was no longer available. I picked a replacement and paid and invoice for the difference. I waited another week with no updates on my order shipping and reached out again. No one could figure out why my order hadn't shipped so I just asked to cancel it. I got an email saying it was cancelled but no info on my refund to two different cards (one for the initial order and one for the invoice later). They seem to have ghosted me. I'm going to have to contact my card companies now.
