Bad online shopping experience!
This was a really bad online shopping experience! I ordered a kids camera in November, it turn out that the shipping would take 20-30 business days, however the camera was never delivered. Magically it had been returned to Rosegal’s warehouse within 1-2 days. I guess it never left the building. Rosegal support gave me 2 options: #1 order a new camera and still pay the shipping costs for the one that was never delivered. #2 get a refund on my credit card and still pay the shipping cost. I ofcourse chose the refund and still wonder if this is a skam site... think twice before you place your order here.
