Negative stars…zero service
UPDATE [20 July 2026]: Thank you for your response, you're directing me to a process that you do not service. You can follow up on three web tickets, with issues that have exceeded months niw. None of the tickets have had a resolution or response and your phone support is even worse. Reference ticket numbers are: T499018, T458387 and T424539. If I could give this company negative stars I would. There is zero service ethos or interest in having your business. You just get passed around and web tickets created that are never addressed. I am closing my account, withdrawing funds and reporting this company to the regulator as they are unable to provide a reliable service.
