Cheaply made products and cheap customer service
You get what you pay for here. Mass produced cheap products. If that's what you want then this is right for you. Unfortunately you also get generic responses from them. When it goes wrong however they are ridiculous to deal with. I have now been going back and forth by email for two months trying to get a parcel redelivered which did not turn up at my house. They just keep saying wait ten more days even when they have sent me a delivery note that shows that apparently my parcel should have been delivered over two months ago.
