They don't care about you at all.
Something is wrong with their automated payment system and it sometimes skips. I have triple checked this with Chase and they assure me they have never declined a withdrawal from Fundbox. As a result, they start hounding you on their terms even when the other scheduled payments continue to withdraw from your account... Then, they continually decrease your borrowing power as you pay it off. As an owner of multiple businesses I work with several lenders and have never has as much automated junk problems as I have with Fundbox. They do not care, they do not take feedback, and they continue to make life an absolute headache. Will not be continuing to do business with them. Customer service is a 50/50 shot whether you get someone who cares, user experience is completely frustrating, and their payment systems are clearly a scam or a joke. It's very clear that no one at fundbox cares and they will probably go the way of Spirit in no time at all.
