I had an excellent experience with Fundbox, and especially with Rakesh in Customer Support. I’m currently navigating a temporary transition within my business and needed some flexibility with my payment schedule. Rakesh was incredibly understanding, professional, and helpful. He listened to my situation, worked with me to find a solution, and made what could have been a very stressful process remarkably easy. It means a great deal as a small business owner to work with a company that is willing to understand that businesses sometimes go through temporary transitions and actually work with their customers rather than against them. I’m extremely grateful for the support and flexibility Fundbox provided and especially appreciative of Rakesh for making the experience so positive. Excellent customer service.

They are helpless when it comes to being able to work their systems internally. They can't stop an ACH and, fun fact, you can send your ACH a few days before your money is due and they'll still report you to the credit buros even though the money was sent. Oh, and they can't stop or modify ACH payments once you initiate, and neither can you from your dashboard. In fact, you can't make any modifications, including changing your banking info or editing payment info. Avoid.

Fundbox has been a pleasure to work with, when everyone said no they give you a chance.
