Derice (Reece) provided an exceptional customer service experience and represented Fundbox with the highest level of professionalism, respect, and integrity. From the beginning of our conversation, Reece was patient, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely thorough in explaining Fundbox’s procedures regarding late payments, grace periods, payment expectations, policies, and telephone communications. He communicated the information clearly and concisely, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to understand and navigate. What impressed me most was Reece’s ability to combine efficiency with genuine compassion and professionalism. He listened attentively to my questions and concerns and responded thoughtfully and appropriately. At no point did I feel judged, dismissed, or uncomfortable because my payment was late. Instead, Reece made me feel that my questions mattered, my concerns were heard, and I was being treated with respect, dignity, and integrity. His articulation, professionalism, and interpersonal skills were outstanding. I have been with Fundbox for four years. Never had an issue until now. Always paid my bills on time. Let them draft my account weekly as agreed on. Went to go do a new draw and they told me it had to be requested but not guaranteed. I’m supposed to have a lot of credit of 100,000 never got a letter. Never got an email about my account at all. I have done at least 10 to 15 different transactions with this company. I am very dissatisfied on the way that I was treated, but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and not recommended their company anymore. Be careful with this company. I think they’re going bankrupt.
