I have used Fundbox for many years and this has been a great for me being able to scale or tap into funds as I am waiting for invoices to be paid. I had an ongoing technical issue on my account. I called several times over the past few months to no avail. Today, I reached out yet again and this time my issue was resolved. Taylor did an amazing job and her follow-up with the resolution was terrific!

Fundbox has some of the best customer service I have ever seen from a loan provider. As long as you maintain consistent communication with them, they will work out solutions with you even when falling on hard times. They also have a great website that's easy to use and manage your loan.
