Avoid, unless everything always runs smoothly in your business...
They are helpless when it comes to being able to work their systems internally. They can't stop an ACH and, fun fact, you can send your ACH a few days before your money is due and they'll still report you to the credit buros even though the money was sent. Oh, and they can't stop or modify ACH payments once you initiate, and neither can you from your dashboard. In fact, you can't make any modifications, including changing your banking info or editing payment info. Avoid.
