WARRANTY NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT'S WRITTEN ON!!!
Been using the bike for 2 months and have had 2 punctures on the rear wheel. The repair shop said that there was no ribbon protecting the inner tube from the spokes. He said the wheel was not fit for purpose and virtually all the spokes were loose. I've tried to contact the company but there's no telephone number or address, what's app is their only form of contact which I did and the reply was 'are you looking to buy a bike' after I'd detailed all my issues. The build quality leaves a lot to be desired. For the same money you're better buying a 2nd hand better bike. NB. You can have a £30 gift for a nice review - SO DON'T BE FOOLED!
