This was a long and drawn out experience. I hadn't received any information about my purchase. Last information I had received was, my order was handed over to USPS. 2 months later I still hadn't received my order. They had shipped 2 orders, second order was to replace the first. They offered me a full refund. The refund hit my bank this morning. Thank you very much for your help.
