Very Poor
Purchased a sea glass friendship decor costing a total of £10.98. It arrived minus the box, the ribbon was split and the writing was very poor. I complained, only to be told it would be too costly to send it back would I like a replacement. I said yes but it must be a better quality and as shown, in a box. Told replacement wont be coming with a box do I want a partial refund. Would never advise anyone to use this company
