I just received this dress ( April 23,2014) and I ordered it on April 4. I was so skeptical because many people were complaining about the customer service. I emailed them with my order number @ [email protected]. the dress is exactly how the picture says it will be. Although someone just posted a review with the same issue I have , my only problems are that the wrist is a little loose. Also in the model picture, her lace is only one layer and mine has a double making it more shiny . I think i would have preferred the single layer but I am still pleased with my order.I asked when placing the order if a half bra can be placed inside of the dress and I was told it would be added but it wasn't. However the double layer lace hides the showing of the nipple area. I am pleased with my order and cannot wait to wear it to my prom. Be patient with the company and stay on top of your email .
