Unmatched Customer Service
I was blown away by Dresslily's customer service when the dress I ordered did not fit. As Christmas was fast approaching, I didn't want to attempt an exchange, and the company encouraged me to give the dress away, while still providing me with a full refund. In the end, I was able to pass my dress on to someone who could wear it with joy, and I'm happy to encourage others to give Dresslily a try.
