Poor products and poor return experience
I bought some clothing from the website. The delivery was slow but everything arrived. The product was poor quality, mainly as the materials are poor quality, and the fit was also poor. I tried returning the products. Although the replies were swift, they gave me instructions to post the package back to China to be received by a specific person. I did as they instructed, paid £38 for the return (the original purchase was £99). I was then told by the courier that the receiver rejected the package. When I contact Buddhastoneshop again, they told me to tell the couriers to destroy the package, and they would refund me the £99 minus the £9.99 for the initial delivery cost. This is so frustrating, unsustainable for the environment and completely waste of time and money from my side. At least the return contacts were responsive, the only redeeming quality of this company.
