Nicole was the Cyclone Rake agent I worked with. Nicole was very helpful and explained the features on the various Cyclone Rakes I was interested in. She explained how the model would be sent on a pallet, and I would be updated on my orders arrival. She explained how there would be instructions on every step of the process when we put the unit together. Nicole also said we could call her if we had any questions. Cyclone Rake sent an instructional video showing us what to expect. We were impressed with the manual they send on installing the pieces to the unit. It looks very detailed and well constructed.
