Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, we’ve been trying to return an item not fit for purpose. No response. You have to contact them first and await instructions for the return. They ignore you so you can’t take it further. We bought a compact tractor quick hitch which is not as expected and doesn’t work with our implements ….. Want to return but stuck with it. Looks like court action will be needed. Terrible experience……. Never again.
