My previous bank branch was sold to a bank I had NO interest or intention of patronizing, so I did some serious researching of local banks. After evaluating the benefits offered plus customer reviews and professional reviews on a number of bank evaluation web sites, it became clear that nbkc was the clear winner of my search for a new bank. Everything — from applying on their web portal, to the approval times for my new account and credit card, to the knowledgeable and friendly staff at my preferred branch — has made me glad that I chose nbkc for my new bank.
