Worst company for returns
Worst company for returns. In order to return an item, I was instructed to send it 'certified mail'. That literally would have cost more than the item was worth. There was no packing slip or return instructions in the package. I had to email for return instructions which, in and of itself, was laborious. This company has some fun clothing but it is definitely not worth the hassle because the return process is horrible. Update: after several emails back and forth, I was able to get a refund. But then the company tried to have this review removed claiming I had not ‘had a genuine buying experience’. I sent the documentation to Trustpilot to prove I had but it sure seems like Rosegal was trying to get a negative review removed. Shady and unethical.
