Agree with 2 star reviews of Agoda when booking flights
I just saw the reviews from most people and would tend to agree. I had a lousy experience in the past when I booked a return, but it was actually 2 x one way flights. Unfortunately, I only got the return leg ticket but the outbound ticket was sold out. I was not able to get a flight out and had to find other means. I was not able to cancel the return flight to arrange alternative transport. Arrange alternative transport. There were no clear instructions when booking regarding the risk of only securing one of the flights. Customer service was also quite useless.
