Second and last time I will ever buy from Skims. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed another order but never again. Spent £160 on lingerie 10 days ago and still no sign of it. Customer service take days to respond to emails & have basically told me to take it up with Evri who have lost my package (by their own admission). Skims absolve themselves of any responsibility. Amateur, unprofessional company. Before spending time preaching on podcasts and writing books with entrepreneurial advice, Emma Grede should make sure her own house is in order.
