Fantastic Pans & Excellent Customer Service
After buying a couple of HexClad pans, including the 30cm frying pan, I have to say I absolutely love them. The feel, weight and overall look are fantastic — they feel solid, well made and great to cook with. Unfortunately, my 30cm frying pan developed a few small scratches and food started to stick. I contacted HexClad customer service and was really impressed with how quickly and professionally they dealt with the issue. A special thank you to Wilson K, who handled my query. The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free, and a replacement pan is now being sent out. For me, you really see the quality of a company when something goes wrong and how they put it right. HexClad certainly did that. Great cookware backed up by excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
