Prompt refund
Unfortunately the jeans were for a person who was at 5ft 9ins tall. Sad as they fit really well but were far too long for me. (I’m 5ft 5ins and I usually get a regular in length) As soon as I emailed Floweraup I was offered a refund minus the postage fee. This was paid promptly to my account. Hence the 5 star rating due to the brilliant customer service.
