The Dresses i order and the one i actually received look completly different
Okay, so I found this beautiful dress and a flower girl dress. I of course thought I would actually get what I ordered. I sent in my custom sizes and to my surprise the dress I ordered and the one's I received look completely different. I sent picture of the dresses on along with a picture of the dress on the ADVERTISMENT for there site and there is an obvious difference. When I submitted and asked for a REFUND they denied my refund.. being that the dresses are completely different what is shown. This is the excuse they gave me. However as you know that our dresses are replicates of the original pictures, we couldn’t promise 100% alike the original ones. Funny thing is in the REFUND Policy it doesn't state this anywhere saying they dresses may not look the same. This is a Shady company Please Please Please do not trust or spend your money with them. They do not care about the quality of there merchandise nor there customers. Ariana palafox
