Agoda and Customer Service
I have to leave another review. After leaving a one star review concerning a hotel booking I have been contacted by Agoda AI and forced to identify the details of my booking reference to Trust Pilot in order to keep my review alive. They give the public impression that they want to help resolve my issues. The experience is now even worse. They do things like say they have phoned but missed me (there is no phone call record (because it didnt happen))offer me contact by whats app (but it just leads back to the same AI support that leads nowhere). I am happy to speak to them. I am inviting them to speak to me . They have my details . Postscript: They have contacted me and promised a full refund. Thank you Agoda but mostly thank you Trust pilot for generating a response from this company.
