Who takes your money and offers to give you back 10-15%?
When the motel Super 8 lost power and I had booked it through Agoda, Agoda was willing to give me 10% back of what I had paid for the night we couldn't stay there. 10%.....no thank you. Then they offered me 15%.....no thank you. I'd like 100% of the money I paid for that night. I got it finally after spending an hour and 6 minutes on the phone. Who does that?? Who takes your money and offers to give you back 10-15%? Goodbye Agoda. Lesson learned.
