Esim Install Support - excellent customer service
I made a mistake and accidentally installed the esim I purchased for my wife onto my phone having already installed my one. This left me with two esims for travel on my phone on none on my wife's. I contacted the customer services team and was transferred after a brief while to a human rather than the chatbot. The person I was deaing with, Christopher, was amazing and was able to help me resolve the issue. He clearly explained what he needed from me to help me and then gave me a solution I was happy with. This is the first time I have used Airalo and was pleased with the product before my interaction with the support team. Based on the service received I would recommend this product and company to anyone I know. Very impressed.
