Package delivered incorrectly
My package was delivered to a FedEx DropBox. The carrier put the package inside the Dropbox instead of bringing to my building. I do not have access to FedEx property only the FedEx employees do. I contacted ChicWish. Dan and Acuki contacted me. The carrier who delivered my package took a photo of my package and the FedEx Dropbox. I sent Chicwish a photo of my missing package. After a few days I was credited for my purchase. Very professional and polite. I love ChicWish clothes. I have a numerous amount of their clothing. I have no problem shopping on their website. Clothes are high quality and true fitting.
