**Updated review - ChicWish Customer Support has resolved issue - thank you** **Misleading company - be aware!** I would recommend before making a purchase from ChicWish that shoppers pay attention to the currency being charged upon payment - it is in US dollars (not Aus). Also, research the Refund policy. Returns/refunds are at your own expense and they only refund 30%. The quality of item I purchased are extremely poor and no better than Shein or Temu but much more expensive. I am disappointed with my purchase - a valuable lesson learnt for me! I won't be purchasing from this company again and do not recommend.

I ordered the Cutwork Leaf Ladder-Lace Embroidered Midi Dress for a wedding. I sized based on measurements rather just assuming the sizes ran true. It fit like a glove! Definitely don’t size down. This was my first time shopping with ChicWish, and I am extremely happy with their merchandise, as well as their EXCELLENT customer service. One of the items I purchased was a Halloween dress. I wasn't sure of the sizing and figured that sometimes holiday items aren't made that well and might run a little small, so I ordered a size large and after it arrived, I was very impressed with the quality of this dress. It was made extremely well but it was a little big for me. I wasn't sure of the return or exchange policy and was pleased to find out that I could return or exchange this dress for no fee or additional charge. ChicWish sent me a return shipping label and I requested a size medium to replace the size large. The size medium was shipped to me promptly and it fit perfect! I am so happy with both the quality of their products (my other two items were also of a high quality) as well as their customer service. I received emails from Chicwish throughout my order process advising me of when I could expect my order, and also with my replacement. I will definitely shop with ChicWish again and highly recommend them if you want a good shopping experience. They deserve 10 stars!!

I was so ecstatic when I opened up my purchases and found them to be better than I had imagined. I absolutely love my skirt and blouse. The top is alittle roomier than expected but still fits fine. This is my second order and love the quality for the price. This time I had to wait alittle longer than the first order but this was because it had sold out. I recommend Chicwish for quality at great prices. Fit is generally true to size. Love the product!!
I love the dresses been a regular customer but sadly this time dress came out as tight for a medium . I am medium for all dresses for chicwish . I contacted chicwish and they were really super good at replying . As a good gesture they allowed me returns within uk address and add postal charges as credit in my account . Now I am so happy and my biggest worry for returning solved . They have sent a bigger size . Such a good customer service

I placed an order with Chicwish and had to wait a very long time for it to arrive. When it finally did, I was extremely disappointed to find that all of the items were too large, even though I had ordered size XS. After contacting customer service, they suggested that I return all the items. Unfortunately, returns can only be sent to an address in the USA, which would have been very expensive for me. There are no longer any return addresses available in Europe. Alternatively, I was offered a 35% refund on my total order value. I chose the second option, but I am still left with a bill of €146.70 for items that I cannot wear at all because none of them fit me. Had I known this in advance, I would never have placed an order with this company.
I changed my mind after ordering several bags as I was concerned about the time they would take to arrive and the return process. I got in touch via online chat to cancel the order. Akuti picked up the chat and promised a full refund, which was issued the next working day and back on my credit card a day or two later. I can’t vouch for the quality of the goods but this seems like a compant that is working very hard to build a good reputation here in the UK.
