I bought 2 dresses and one of them didn't fit well. They are very responsive and immediately processed my return. I love the one I am keeping and it was a hit with everyone in my family. Can't wait to wear it soon.

Pros and cons to Chicwish: Pro: -Quick responses via email from customer service. -Quality of clothing seems good. Cons: -Shipping time to get my order took over a month and each item came at different times. -Requested a few refunds but was never given a full refund. Overall I would rate 4.5 stars. I appreciate the fast customer service which makes me more willing to order again from Chicwish. I ordered a couple of skirts but unfortunately they did not fit me. Would definitely recommend these skirts for wedding occasions. They were too elegant for what I wanted to use them for. I absolutely love the criss cross shirt I ordered and have received several compliments from people about it.

The quality of their products are lower that the pics posted on the website. Returns are expensive, I paid 25$ just to return the items I got and chicwish wouldn't refund you for it. I will stay away. Not worth the risk.

Took a bit of time to get my gown but it was worth it. Good price and quality. Just make sure you look at the measurements not the size to get your correct size. I do this for every website because I can be a size 4-12!! I don’t like to return purchases

Buying clothing is so hard these days. Fit is difficult. Quality impossible to tell from a picture. But the biggest question, will I get what I pay for? I am very happy with ChicWish, and while the bathing suit I ordered was exactly what was pictured- great price, great quality- it did not fit my body style at all. Returning a bathing suit is always a question, but I had no problem. The suit had the appropriate health guards to ensure a safe return. Albee at Chicwish was helpful. I was so happy I did not take the refund, but a credit. I would say buy with confidence. And the stuff is beautiful.
Great quality of clothes and great service
This is my third time ordering and the company will respond if they separate the shipment I had to return one order because I bought something too small. However, the quality is fantastic. Really look at the sizes they do run true to size I couldn’t be happier with my latest purchase getting ready for fall.
Cannot return because no one responds
I ordered a dress and it was too short and smaller than their posted sizing. I requested an RMA but have not gotten one. So I tried to request another and the system says I have one- which I do not. Customer Service is through a chat link but in the middle of the day "no one is available" to chat and resolve this. Plus they tell you to fraudulently list a value of $20 on your return. Plus they will charge $6.00 for a return

Excellent customer service!
The quality is fabulous! I especially love the fact that the skirts have pockets. But what I appreciate even more is the customer service. When I ordered for the second time, EU customs demanded an additional fee, which I had to pay in cash when the package was delivered to my home address. However, when I contacted ChicWish with this issue, they answered within 24 hours and refunded the additional fee at once. Thank you very much for reacting so quickly and being so helpful!
Great quality clothes
Great quality clothes! All the items I received were much better quality than I expected. They fitted well and I was really happy with them. There is a system by where if you photograph the clothes you can get money off your next order, which is nice. I ordered mainly summer dresses, as they have a good variety, and in the current hot weather they have been perfect! One of my dresses didn't arrive, which was disappointing. When I contacted the company, they quickly issued a refund for this item though.
