Excellent and responsive customer service. The quality of the clothes is wonderful. I'm unable to wear heels, so the maxi skirts are a little too long on a 5'4 person, but I have many tops it can be dressed up or down with, so I will just get it hemmed.

I’ve bought multiple items from chic wish and I have never been dispointed the clothes are such high quality and at reasonable prices! I just love the variety of different styles and how comfortable all the clothes are my most recent purchase was a corset top in a vintage style which goes great with my jeans but also is easy dress up for a more formal look can’t recommend this brand enough!

Love the outfit I have received, and lots of other great looking items on the site. Sizes seem small, needed a size L for UK size 10. Return costs high for UK customers, but customer services helpful and understanding, quickly resolving this for me. Once there is a UK return depot, I will definitely be back! :)

Poor quality
I do not believe any of the positive reviews here. The quality of the corset i ordered was horrible, I've seen later same on shein for much less. This made me thinking and ive noticed lots of similar items. I thought reading reviews that quality would be better than shein but it's exactly the same, coming from the same factories. Very disappointing 😞 refund is not possible as id have to pay for shipping to us and it will be same as the corset price. So save yourself nerves and order from shein or temu, will be the same minus refund/exchange headache. Im happy that I've purchased only one item. Never again.
This was my third order with chicwish
This was my third order with chicwish, I enjoy the variety and colourful designs. The delivery was fast and tracking information were accurate. Unfortunately this time the ordered items were too short for me and I had to return. Communication with the support team was easy and gave exact instructions. As there are no return locations in Germany anymore the return had to be covered by myself but the refund was sent immediately after Ishared the tracking number. Thank you for support!

Disappointing experience with the Returns
I have ordered many dresses from ChicWish in the past with great experience of ordering and never had to return anything . Unfortunately , this time round i ordered 2 dresses and both arrived separtely a week apart. I had already been in touch with the customer services as i need to return the dress on the same day . Unfortunately, no response . I received my 2nd dress today(25/06/26) which also need to be returned . They are both stunning but not complimenting me- doesnot look right on me. I want to get a response and return before i go on holiday next week . I am keen to order more dresses in the future but feeling very disappointed at the moment
